What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union law that gives you control over your personal data. It applies to all EU residents and provides you with specific rights regarding how your personal information is collected, used, and protected by KMN SOLUTIONS d.o.o..

3. Right of Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when it's no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

4. Right of Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another service.

5. Right of Restriction
You have the right to request that we limit how we process your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data.

6. Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, such as direct marketing or profiling.

Data Retention

- Consent records: 7 years (for compliance)
