By accessing and using Confidant ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Confidant is an AI-powered chat service that provides conversational assistance through various AI personas. The service includes:
- AI-powered chat conversations
- Multiple persona options
- Conversation history and management
- User account management
- Subscription-based premium features
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the service.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activities
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
6.2 AI-Generated Content
AI responses generated by the service are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should not rely solely on AI responses for important decisions.
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KMN SOLUTIONS d.o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription and Payment

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KMN SOLUTIONS d.o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Slovenia (European Community), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
