Confidant is an AI-powered chat service that provides conversational assistance through various AI personas. The service includes:

  • Multiple persona options
  • Conversation history and management
  • User account management
  • Subscription-based premium features

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

AI responses generated by the service are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should not rely solely on AI responses for important decisions.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KMN SOLUTIONS d.o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KMN SOLUTIONS d.o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
